Wired for More is an educational programme. It is not psychotherapy or mental healthcare. This page sets out what the work is, what it is not, and where to find professional support if you need it.
Wired for More is an educational group programme for personal development, based on insights from neuroscience and psychology. It is not psychotherapy, not mental health care, and not a replacement for treatment by a registered healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any condition.
Morgaine El-Mahdi is a Behavioural Scientist and Neuroscience-Informed Trainer, with a BSc in Psychology and an MBA in Leadership and Change Management. She is not a neuroscientist, neuropsychologist, therapist, or medical professional, and she is not a BIG-registered clinician under Dutch healthcare law. References to scientists and researchers are made on the basis of their published, publicly available research, and do not imply any collaboration or endorsement.
The programme is not suitable for anyone in acute psychological crisis, in active crisis processing, or experiencing active suicidality. Participation is by application, and a place may be declined where the programme is not the right fit. If, during the programme, a participant discloses that they are in crisis or at risk, Morgaine will pause that participant's involvement where appropriate and signpost them to suitable professional help. She does not provide crisis support or clinical care herself.
Wired for More carries appropriate business liability insurance. It does not provide, and cannot be a substitute for, medical or psychological treatment.
