Section 1 · For yourself

About the 8 weekly evening Wired for More programme.

What does the programme cost, and can I pay in instalments?

The pioneer price for Group 1 is €1.950, including 21% VAT. This is the founding-group price; from Group 2 onward the programme is €2.950. You can pay in full or in three monthly instalments of €650, at the same total price. The instalments run across the programme and the full amount is settled by the final session, so there are no surprises and no extra costs. Your place includes eight weeks of guided neuroplasticity work, a small room of women chosen by application, direct access to me in every session, and the materials and between-session work that turn insight into lasting change.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes. Every price you see includes 21% VAT. Wired for More is registered for VAT and is not currently CRKBO-registered, so no VAT exemption is claimed or applied.

What does a session actually look like, and how much do I have to share?

Group 1 starts Monday 5 October 2026, on eight consecutive Monday evenings. Each session is two hours, and every evening follows the same rhythm: the science, explained clearly, then guided practice that applies it to your own life, through writing, reflection, and work with the group. Some of what you write you keep entirely to yourself, some of it you share, and how much is always your choice. You can tell your whole story, share one line, or simply sit with what you wrote: all of it counts, and nothing is ever forced. Between sessions there is a short daily practice that builds up gradually, from around fifteen minutes a day at the start to twenty to twenty-five in the later weeks, and roughly ten of those minutes are spent lying down with your eyes closed.

What happens if I miss a session?

The eight evenings are built as a sequence, so each session assumes the one before it. If you have to miss a session, you will receive the relevant materials and a short written summary so you can keep up. Live sessions are not separately repeated or recorded for catch-up, because the value is in the room.

Which evening of the week is it, and where in Amsterdam?

Sessions are evening sessions in Amsterdam. The exact weekday, time, and venue are currently being finalised, and they are confirmed to you during the application process, before anything becomes binding. You will always be able to check your calendar before you commit to anything.

What level of English do I need?

Sessions run in English. You need to be comfortable following a group discussion and speaking up in English. You do not need flawless English, and you will not be marked on it.

What if I do not click with the group?

Groups are kept deliberately small, and the application step exists partly to compose a group that works well together. Group dynamics are taken seriously throughout. If something does not feel right, you raise it with Morgaine directly and it is addressed.

How is this different from therapy or working with a coach?

Wired for More is an educational programme for personal development, grounded in insights from neuroscience and psychology. It is not therapy, not mental healthcare, and it is not a coaching relationship. Morgaine is a Behavioural Scientist and Neuroscience-Informed Trainer, not a therapist or clinician. The focus is on understanding how your brain and behaviour work, and applying that, in a group, to your own goals.

What kind of support is there between sessions?

You receive structured between-session work and stay connected with the group. This is deliberately not an on-demand personal support service and it is not crisis support. If you need either of those, the programme is not the right setting, and the Crisis & Scope Disclaimer explains where to turn.

Is the programme tax-deductible if I am self-employed, or can my employer pay?

If you are self-employed and the programme is relevant to your work, the cost may qualify as a deductible business expense. Many employers also reimburse professional development. We can provide a proper VAT invoice. Whether you can deduct or reclaim depends on your situation, so please confirm with your accountant or employer.

What if I am in therapy at the moment?

That is often perfectly fine. The programme is not a substitute for treatment and runs alongside, not instead of, any care you receive. It is not suitable during an acute psychological crisis or active crisis processing. If you are unsure whether the timing is right, please discuss it with your own therapist or GP first.

Can I get a refund, and is there a withdrawal period?

Yes. Because you book online, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period under Dutch law, during which you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. After those 14 days, the first option is always to transfer your place to the next group at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund instead, you receive 50% back when cancelling more than 14 days before the start, and within the final 14 days the transfer option applies rather than a refund. The full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.

What is the application process and how long does it take?

You apply through the form on this site. Morgaine personally reads each application, and you hear back with an outcome and clear next steps within five business days. If it fits, we plan a short online intake to make sure the programme is the right fit for you, and you for the group. This page explains exactly what the intake looks like.

Section 2 · For your community

About masterclasses and workshops.

How much lead time do you need to book?

Several weeks ahead is ideal, because the strongest sessions are shaped specifically around your audience. If your date is sooner, get in touch anyway and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Will you travel outside Amsterdam?

Yes, within reason. Sessions beyond Amsterdam can be arranged, with travel time and travel costs added transparently to the fee and agreed in advance.

Can the content be adapted to our audience?

Yes. The three formats, the Signature Talk, the Masterclass and the Deep-Dive Training, are tailored to your audience, your theme, and the outcome you want. You tell us the context, and we adapt the content and the depth accordingly.

Can we record or film the session?

Recording or filming is possible by prior written agreement. The slides, frameworks, and underlying materials remain the intellectual property of Morgaine El-Mahdi, and any recording is for the use agreed at the time of booking.

Is there a limit on audience size?

The Signature Talk works well for larger audiences. The Masterclass and Deep-Dive Training are interactive and work best with smaller groups. Tell us your expected numbers and we will recommend the right format.

Do you offer bundle pricing or repeat bookings?

Yes. Repeat engagements and multi-session series can be scoped and quoted together, which usually works out better value than booking one at a time.

Section 3 · For your team

About The Rewire Method.

How are the five sessions structured and timed?

The Rewire Method is a five-session, neuroscience-informed training programme for teams. The cadence, for example weekly or fortnightly, is scheduled to fit your organisation's calendar and agreed at kick-off.

Is there a maximum group size?

Yes. Group size is capped to keep the sessions effective and interactive. The right number for your team is agreed during scoping.

Do you have experience in our sector?

Morgaine El-Mahdi spent six years as a behavioural specialist at the City of Amsterdam and delivers training across sectors. The content is grounded in published research and adapted to your organisation's context rather than delivered off the shelf.

How do you measure ROI and success?

Success measures are defined together at kick-off so everyone agrees in advance what good looks like. The Rewire Method builds understanding and capability. It is an educational, capability-building programme, not a clinical intervention, so we are precise about what it can and cannot promise.

Can it be customised to our goals?

Yes. Scope, examples, and emphasis are adapted to the goals you set. Customisation is part of the scoping conversation, not an add-on.

How does the pricing model work?

Corporate training is quoted per engagement, based on scope, group size, number of sessions, and the degree of customisation. Prices for business clients are quoted excluding VAT.

What are the contract terms?

A written agreement sets out scope, scheduling, fees, payment milestones, confidentiality, intellectual property, and cancellation. For B2B engagements, the terms are agreed between the parties rather than governed by consumer protections. See our Terms & Conditions for the B2B provisions.

Can we run a pilot or a single session first?

Yes. A scoping session or a single pilot session can be arranged before you commit to the full five-session programme, so you can assess fit with low risk.
