Masterclasses & Workshops · For hosts

Bring Wired for More
to your people.

For women's networks, communities, founder circles, retreats, team days and offsites, and event hosts who want a session built on knowing your own brain, and using it to reshape your reality and your potential. Who want both a deeper understanding of the neuroscience behind themes like perception and the inner critic, and a moment where we as women connect on a deeper, vulnerable level.

If you bring people together with intent, this is for you.

Whether you are organising a community evening for a women's network, building the agenda for a founder retreat, hosting a team day or offsite, or programming a conference, you know the difference between a session that leaves the room buzzing and one that leaves it cold.

You gather your people. I build the session that fits the room.

Master Your Reality
The neuroscience of filters and conscious perception.
Your brain shows you 0.0004% of reality, filtered by wiring you never chose. The session opens with a 1970 Nature experiment with kittens that changes how the room sees seeing, then turns the lens on the filter each woman is living inside. Embodied, felt, not just explained.
She leaves seeing her own filter, and with the first tools to begin reprogramming it.
Best for: women in tech, leadership rooms, and audiences that think they have seen it all

Identity · 12 sources
Author Your Self
The neuroscience of conscious identity.
Identity is not a fixed trait. It is a neural pattern, built through repetition and mistaken for truth. A forty-year study followed women from 21 to 61: the ones who consciously rewrote their story became measurably more resilient, more satisfied, and physically healthier. This session teaches the room to do what those women did, deliberately.
She leaves with a written first sketch of the woman she is choosing to become, and the science of why writing it works.
Best for: career pivots, role transitions, founder circles
Anchors: Pals (2006, Mills Longitudinal Study) · Markus (1977) · Hershfield (2009)
03
Environment · 14 sources
Design Your Defaults
The neuroscience of how environment shapes behaviour.
Willpower is overrated: roughly 45 percent of daily behaviour runs on autopilot, cued by environment before a single conscious choice is made. The session opens with a cinema experiment involving week-old popcorn that settles the argument, then redesigns the world she wakes up in: her space, her phone, her routines, her people.
She leaves with one deliberate change per domain, and the relief of knowing it was never a discipline problem.
Best for: teams, busy seasons, and every woman who has been blaming her willpower

Fear & inner critic · 13 sources
Move with the Fear
The neuroscience of courage and the inner critic.
The threat system fires in about 12 milliseconds, long before conscious thought, and it cannot tell new from dangerous. Fear never disappears; the brain builds a competing memory beside it. This session teaches the room how that is done, and why waiting to feel ready is the one strategy that cannot work.
She leaves with her own fear profile, a toolkit for the moments fear shows up, and one self-chosen challenge for the week ahead.
Best for: visibility, speaking, imposter moments, and the leap she keeps postponing

A typical Deep-Dive session

Three hours, designed in four movements.

Each session follows the same arc, adapted to the theme. Hosts can plan accordingly.

00:00 · 00:20
Opening & the science
Welcoming the room, setting the container, and the neuroscience foundation that makes the session land.
00:20 · 01:50
Embodied practice
Live exercises that move participants out of their seats and into their bodies. Where the science is not just heard, it is felt.
01:50 · 02:30
Personal integration & small group exchange
Where each woman makes meaning of what just happened, in pair-share or small-circle format.
02:30 · 03:00
Take-home framework & close
Each participant leaves with a digital framework and a 7-day practice to land what they discovered in their own week.

Planning a series rather than a single session? Many hosts book a sequence so the themes build on each other. A committed series of 2 or 3 sessions within 6 months is quoted as a series.

What it feels like in the room

Science you can use. Insight you can carry home.

Each session is built to be actively felt, not just heard. Unexpected neuroscience, live exercises, small group exchanges, and a few moments of silence where the room realises something together. By the end, your audience does not leave with a stack of slides. They leave with new insight into how their reality is built, and the tools to start rebuilding it.

Built on peer-reviewed research
Every session is grounded in published work, from Simons & Chabris and Crum to Bandura, Markus, and Pals. The science earns the trust. The experience makes it land.
