1 · Identity and applicability

These Terms are issued by Morgaine El-Mahdi, trading as Wired for More, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 42087807, VAT number NL005486455B22, SBI code 85.59.2. Contact: morgaine@wiredformore.nl.

These Terms apply to every offer, quotation, and agreement between Wired for More and its Consumer or Client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. They are made available to the Consumer or Client before the agreement is concluded.

2 · Definitions

  • Wired for More: Morgaine El-Mahdi, trading as Wired for More.
  • Programme: the 8-week group programme for ambitious women.
  • Masterclass or Workshop: a Signature Talk, Masterclass, or Deep-Dive Training booked by a host.
  • The Rewire Method: the five-session neuroscience-informed corporate training programme.
  • Consumer: a natural person who enters into an agreement with Wired for More outside the course of a profession or business.
  • Client: a natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Wired for More in the course of a profession or business.
  • Participant: the individual who attends a Programme, Masterclass, Workshop, or The Rewire Method session.

3 · Formation of the agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment Wired for More confirms the booking or application outcome in writing (by email).

For the Programme, applications are reviewed individually, and a place may be declined where the programme is not the right fit. Where a place is offered and accepted in writing, the agreement is concluded.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Wired for More does not knowingly offer its programmes, masterclasses, or workshops to minors.

4 · Withdrawal period (consumers)

Because Programme applications and bookings are made online, the agreement qualifies as a distance contract under Dutch law. The Consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) for fourteen (14) days from the day on which the agreement is concluded (article 6:230o(1)(a) of the Dutch Civil Code).

Within this 14-day period, by way of written notification, the Consumer may withdraw from the agreement for any reason and will receive a full refund.

The Consumer may expressly request that delivery of the Programme begins before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. If the Consumer then withdraws within the period, a proportional amount is owed for the part of the Programme already delivered (article 6:230s of the Dutch Civil Code).

To withdraw, the Consumer notifies Wired for More by email at morgaine@wiredformore.nl. The statutory model withdrawal form is available on request.

After the 14-day window, the cancellation provisions in Article 5 apply.

5 · Cancellation and rebooking

If a Consumer needs to cancel after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the first option offered is always to transfer their place to the next available group or session, at no extra cost. This keeps the place flexible for the participant.

Where the Consumer prefers a refund rather than a transfer, the following applies after the 14-day withdrawal period:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the Programme or session: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within the final 14 days before the start, or after the start: no refund. The transfer option above remains available.

For Masterclasses, Workshops, and corporate engagements booked by businesses, a substitute participant or representative may be nominated up to 7 days before the session, subject to written confirmation.

A Consumer who can no longer take up her place may propose a substitute participant. The substitute follows the normal application and intake process, and the transfer takes effect only after written confirmation by Wired for More.

Sessions missed by a participant during the Programme are not refunded and are not separately repeated. The participant receives the relevant materials and a short written summary of the missed session.

6 · Payment

For Consumers, the standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. For Clients (B2B), the standard payment term is 30 days.

For Consumers, if payment is not received by the due date, Wired for More will send one free reminder (de "14-dagenbrief") providing a further 14 days for payment before charging statutory collection costs (incassokosten under the Wet Incassokosten), calculated in accordance with the Besluit vergoeding voor buitengerechtelijke incassokosten with a minimum of €40 and a maximum of €6,775.

For Clients (B2B), in case of late payment, statutory commercial interest under article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code applies, and collection costs are due from the first day of default.

For Programme applicants, payment may be spread across three monthly instalments on request. Instalments are offered by Wired for More itself, never through a third-party credit or buy-now-pay-later provider. No interest and no additional costs are charged for paying in instalments. The instalment schedule is confirmed in writing before the agreement is concluded, and the full amount is due no later than the final session of the Programme, always within three months of the first instalment. Where payment is late, only the statutory rules on reminders and collection costs in this Article apply.

7 · Liability

Wired for More performs every engagement to the best of its professional ability. However, Wired for More is not liable for the way participants apply the educational content in their own lives or workplaces, or for the decisions they make based on it.

Wired for More's total liability for any direct damage arising out of or in connection with an agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Consumer or Client for the engagement in question, or, where higher, the amount paid out by Wired for More's liability insurer.

Wired for More is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage.

These limitations do not apply where liability arises from intent or gross negligence (opzet of grove schuld) on the part of Wired for More.

8 · Scope limitation

The services delivered by Wired for More are educational in nature and focused on personal development, based on insights from neuroscience and psychology. They are not psychotherapy, mental healthcare, or a substitute for treatment by a registered healthcare professional.

Wired for More does not diagnose, treat, cure, or heal any medical or psychological condition. Morgaine El-Mahdi is a Behavioural Scientist and Neuroscience-Informed Trainer. She is not a BIG-registered clinician under Dutch healthcare law.

The full scope and safety position is set out in the Crisis & Scope Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

9 · Force majeure

Where Wired for More is prevented from delivering an agreed engagement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (overmacht), including illness of the trainer, loss of venue, or failure to assemble a viable group, Wired for More will, in consultation with the Consumer or Client, reschedule the engagement to a reasonable alternative date, or refund any unused portion of the fee.

No further liability arises in such cases.

10 · Intellectual property

All slides, frameworks, exercises, written materials, and other content created or provided by Wired for More remain the intellectual property of Morgaine El-Mahdi.

Participants receive a personal-use licence to the materials shared with them, for the purpose of their own learning. They may not reproduce, distribute, share with third parties, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11 · Recording and filming

Participants may not record, film, photograph, or otherwise capture sessions without prior written consent. Any recording made by Wired for More itself is governed by the booking agreement and the Privacy Statement.

12 · Group code of conduct

Programme participants agree to keep what is shared within the group confidential. Personal stories disclosed by other participants stay inside the group.

Wired for More reserves the right to refuse or end continued participation where conduct disrupts the group, where safety is at risk, or where the programme is not the right fit for the participant. In such cases no refund is due.

13 · Complaints

If you are not satisfied with a service delivered by Wired for More, please submit your complaint in writing to morgaine@wiredformore.nl within a reasonable period after the issue arose.

Wired for More will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aim to resolve the complaint within 4 weeks. Complaints are treated confidentially.

14 · Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure will be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to the Consumer's right to bring the dispute before the legally competent court under Dutch law.

15 · VAT (BTW)

All prices shown to Consumers include 21% VAT (BTW). All prices quoted to Clients (B2B) are exclusive of 21% VAT, which is added to the invoice.

Wired for More is currently not registered with the CRKBO and does not claim a VAT exemption for educational services. This position may change in future, in which case prices will be updated accordingly.

16 · B2B-specific provisions

For engagements with Clients (B2B), the following additional provisions apply:

  • Confidentiality: both parties keep confidential any non-public information received in the course of the engagement.
  • Payment milestones: larger engagements may be agreed with a deposit at signing and the balance after delivery, as set out in the quotation.
  • Deliverables: the scope and deliverables of each engagement are agreed in writing before kick-off.
  • Change requests: changes to the agreed scope are addressed through a written change-request procedure and may affect fees and timing.
  • Kick-off and acceptance: each engagement begins with a documented kick-off and concludes with written confirmation of delivery.

Mandatory consumer protections, including the 14-day withdrawal period under Article 4 and the staffel for collection costs under Article 6, do not apply to Clients (B2B).

17 · Changes to these Terms

Wired for More may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the last update date at the top. For existing agreements, the version that applied at the moment the agreement was concluded remains applicable, unless a change is required by law or the change is to the advantage of the Consumer or Client.
