Eight evenings. One shift. Felt, not lectured. An evidence-based programme for ambitious women ready to rewire the patterns running their life.
A masterclass can wake you up. It cannot rewire you. Insight is the easy part. Most of us already know what we want to change. We just keep ending up in the same place, with a slightly different version of the same story. That is not a willpower problem. That is your brain doing what it has spent years learning to do, perfectly.
The patterns you want to release have had decades to build. Eight weeks is not a random number. It is the duration where Harvard researchers documented measurable structural change in the brain after a sustained practice (Hölzel et al., 2011). Long enough for new neural patterns to take hold. Short enough to keep.
This is not just peer-reviewed science. It is what I used to successfully rewire my own brain, and the brains of those around me. That story is here.
You see the game, you change the game, you play your game. By week eight, you do not just see her. You are her.
This is for women who know there is more to get out of life, and keep getting stuck in the same beliefs and the same patterns. Who can feel a stronger, more self-confident, happier, healthier version of themselves underneath. The one who actually gets done what she wants. Who is proud of herself. Who genuinely loves who she is, instead of never quite stepping out of the world that keeps her small.
The affirmations, the podcasts, the coaching, years of insight that never quite turned into lasting change. She is not short on understanding. She is tired of understanding, and ready for something that finally holds. She recognises her own patterns, and she is ready to stop performing the woman she was trained to be.
She has not tried much at all, and she would rather begin properly, with the science, than spend years working her way toward it. She is not behind. She is choosing the shortest honest route, and she wants real neuroplastic change, not just information on how to love herself more.
They start in the same place: a brain full of patterns learned long ago, and the decision to stop running them on autopilot. If either of them is you, so is this.
Wired for More is an educational programme for personal development, grounded in neuroscience and psychology. It sits alongside therapy rather than replacing it, and many women do both. What it is not is medical care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. The one place it is not the right fit is acute crisis or active trauma processing. If that is where you are right now, that deserves dedicated care first, and the Crisis & Scope page points to the right support.
Group 1 is where it begins. As a founding member you join the very first group, with the closest access to me this programme will ever offer, at the lowest price it will ever carry. In return, you help shape what Wired for More becomes, you give honest feedback, and if you are happy, you share your story. From Group 2 onward, the price goes up, and the room grows.
All prices include 21% VAT. Payment in instalments is available: three monthly instalments of €650, confirmed in writing before you commit. A limited number of places.
The first group starts 5 October 2026. The voices below are from women who have experienced the lessons that became the foundation of Wired for More.
A limited number of places, in person in Amsterdam, starting 5 October 2026. We will have an online intake to make sure the programme is the right fit for you, and you for the group.
