A masterclass or talk for the women in your organisation. The neuroscience of belief, the inner critic, and reinvention, made usable in a single session. Ideal for a women's network, an internal community, an International Women's Day, or a company event.
An away day that inspires on Friday and fades by Monday is a familiar disappointment. A Wired for More session is built differently: unexpected neuroscience, live practice, and a tool your people can use the next morning. It gives a women's network or team a shared language for the patterns that quietly shape how they work, and a moment of real connection alongside the science.
Sessions are designed and led by Morgaine El-Mahdi, a Behavioural Scientist and Neuroscience-Informed Trainer. She holds a BSc in Psychology from VU Amsterdam, with additional neuroscience coursework, and an MBA in Leadership & Change Management, also from VU Amsterdam. She spent six years as a behavioural specialist at the City of Amsterdam, where she built and led a leadership programme. More about Morgaine.
Every session is grounded in published work, from Simons & Chabris and Crum to Bandura, Markus, and Pals. The science earns the trust, and the experience makes it land. Each claim carries only the weight its evidence supports.
45 to 60 minutes plus Q&A. Live interaction throughout, ending with the first words of a new mantra. For a larger room or a shorter slot.
Two hours, up to 25 people. Active practice on each lesson, a digital handout, and a 7-day take-home practice so it does not fade.
Three hours, small group, deep embodied work. The fullest version, built around one of the four themes below.
The Talk and Masterclass centre on The Neuroscience of Reinvention: belief, the inner critic, and identity. The Deep-Dive draws on one of the four themes above.
Each session is built to be actively felt, not just heard. Unexpected neuroscience, live exercises, small group exchanges, and a few moments of silence where the room realises something together. By the end, your people do not leave with a stack of slides. They leave with new insight into how their reality is built, and tools to use the next day.
Motivation fades by Monday. Knowing how the pattern runs is what stays.

Every session is quoted after a short conversation about your group, your occasion, and the outcome you want. A committed series of 2 or 3 sessions within six months is quoted as a series.
A note on timing: corporate calendars fill early. Bookings for International Women's Day in March typically start in the autumn, and internal network events are often planned a quarter ahead. If you have a date in mind, the earlier the conversation, the more room there is to build the session around it.
These sessions centre on the patterns that shape women at work, so a single training fits a women's team just as well as a network. When a team wants deeper change across time rather than one session, The Rewire Method runs across five.
The three formats and who each is for, the four deep-dive themes with the research behind them, the pricing, and how a booking takes shape. Written to be forwarded to the people who decide.
